We do not offer medical consultations, veterinary treatments, or diagnostics. Any health issues of the animal must be addressed by a veterinarian.

The client is obliged to provide accurate information about the animal's health status, including allergies, conditions, or aggressive behaviors. Any omission may lead to the refusal of service.

• The animal must be vaccinated and have an up-to-date health record.
• The client is responsible for the animal's behavior during the visit.
• Appointments can be canceled at least 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.

Sunnydogplace makes every effort to ensure a safe and clean environment, using natural cosmetic products and professional equipment. We assume no liability for unreported allergic reactions or accidents caused by the animal's unpredictable behavior.

If the animal shows signs of stress or aggression, we reserve the right to interrupt the session. In this situation, only the fee for the actual time worked will be charged.

The total liability of Sunnydogplace for any direct or indirect damage is limited to the value of the service provided in that session. We are not liable for material losses, moral damages, or financial consequences exceeding this amount.

We do not guarantee specific cosmetic results, as each animal has unique fur and skin. Portfolio photos are examples, not promises.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the site. The client is encouraged to periodically check this page.

In the event of substantial changes, we will notify users via email or through an announcement on the site.

If the client repeatedly violates the terms, Sunnydogplace may refuse to provide services without prior notice. The client may request termination of the contractual relationship at any time, without penalties.
