The starter service package is designed for dogs that need a first complete grooming session, without having to choose each service separately. It is the ideal choice if you want to see how the coat and nails look after professional treatment, without complicating things with multiple options.
Within this package, we include washing with a natural shampoo suitable for the coat type, gentle drying, hygienic trimming of the paws and perianal area, plus ear cleaning and nail checking. Everything is done with natural cosmetic products, without parabens or sulfates, to avoid irritating your dog's sensitive skin.
How a typical session goes
Appointments are made online, and at the salon you will be greeted by one of our specialists. After a brief discussion about the coat condition and any sensitivities, we begin with washing and drying. Then we move on to trimming and finishing, and at the end we apply a light shine spray, which leaves the coat soft and fragrant.
The average duration of a session is approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on the breed and coat condition. Throughout this time, the dog is treated with patience and care, and if we notice signs of discomfort, we take short breaks.
Which breeds it is suitable for
The starter package is mainly intended for small and medium-sized dogs with short or medium coats. Breeds such as Bichon, Shih Tzu, Yorkshire Terrier, or Beagle benefit the most from this set of services, but it can also be adapted for larger dogs, provided the coat is not too thick or matted.

We recommend this package once every 4–6 weeks, depending on the coat growth rate and the dog's lifestyle. If you notice the coat tangles quickly or the dog scratches often, you can come in sooner.
